5. Rewards Program

Rewards have no cash value and may only be redeemed for specific gift cards, digital prizes, or other items offered via the Website.

6. Earning & Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards will be credited only after the successful and valid completion of an offer as determined by us and/or our third-party partners.
  • Rewards may be held up to 90 days for validation.
  • All redemptions are final. No reversals or refunds will be issued after redemption.
  • Redemption supplies are limited and may be unavailable or substituted at our discretion.

7. Rewards Expiration & Inactivity

  • Accounts inactive for 12 months (no logins or reward activity) may be deactivated and forfeited without compensation.
  • Rewards may expire based on evolving policies and will be removed without liability unless otherwise stated.

8. Identity Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity before allowing reward redemption. This may include:

  • Government-issued ID
  • SMS or email verification
  • Proof of residency or age

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or reward forfeiture.

Additional terms may apply to sweepstakes, contests, or time-limited promotions. By participating, you agree to the promotional rules and any third-party partner conditions.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax liability resulting from the accrual or redemption of Rewards. We may request your tax information if required by law.

11. Account Security & Management

  • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or security breaches.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, fake phone numbers or VOIP during verification.
  • Engage in fraud or submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Website are the exclusive property of Youvendo GmbH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Website without our prior consent.
